Acme Pie Co produces the tastiest pies with the finest local ingredients! Acme Pie Co is located at 2803 Columbia Pike in Arlington. Open Wednesday through Sunday, Acme Pie Co creates handmade pies from the crust to the filling, just like grandma made! The bakery’s pies are intended to conjure the feelings and memories of childhood, love, home, comfort, and a touch of rock and roll, and when possible, are made with a focus on local and organic ingredients. The Arlington-based bakery was created by pastry chef Sol Schott. The storefront opened in 2019 to bake pies in small batches. All crusts are handmade in an old southern style, similar to puff pastry. Acme Pie Co typically offers eight to twelve flavors of dessert pies and a few savory pies every day. Potentially available pies include key lime, coconut custard, sour cherry with streusel topping, a vegan apple pie, and vegan seasonal berry pie. At Acme Pie Co, pie fixes everything!
