Bon Air Park & Memorial Rose Garden: Explore a Natural Local Oasis

Your outdoor adventures throughout Arlington do not have to end just because summer has ended! There are still so many spots to explore, a local favorite is Bon Air Park and Memorial Rose Garden. This local gem is home to hundreds, if not thousands, of gorgeous rose blooms that decorate the area all spring, summer, and even the fall. And while it isn’t peak bloom season, the park remains one of the most stunning natural spaces in the area to explore. 

The park offers a few amenities perfect for families and individuals of all ages. There is a trail adjacent to the park that offers a great space for biking, walking, or running. Take your time and soak up the views! If you have kiddos, there is a play area and tennis courts where they can get some energy out and learn some new skills. After being active, settle in for a picnic lunch and breathe in that chilly winter air. It’s a refreshing way to explore and enjoy the season!
