There’s More Than Just Wine at WHINO

Art and cuisine unite at the newly opened WHINO restaurant. While it sounds like it would be a wine bar, it’s actually a super unique art experience and exhibit-meets-five-star-quality restaurant. All who have popped in to explore rave about their finds, saying it’s a perfect opportunity to make an evening out of a new spot. You’ll be welcomed by floor-to-ceiling windows mixed in with displays of local art and tons of wonderful scents wafting from the kitchen!

Start with a cocktail and browse the menu filled with small plate and tapas-style dishes meant for sharing. A favorite drink is the Can I Speak to Your Manager, made with Deep Eddy Vodka, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, cucumber juice, and ginger syrup. Foodie favorites so far include the secret spiced fried chicken with hot honey and cheddar corn grits on a cheddar roll, the WHINO wagyu beef sliders, and the scallop aguachile with Cape May day boat scallops and serrano peppers. Pair a few of these with a charcuterie board complete with your pick of meats and cheeses, date mostarda, truffle honey, candied nuts, pickled veggies, and toasted cranberry and walnut baguette.
