Fill Up on Bao Buns and Ramen at Mi & Yu Noodle Bar

Calling all ramen fanatics, bao bun lovers, and Korean fried chicken devotees! There is a new spot in Arlington for all your Asian food favorites: popular chain Mi & Yu Noodle Bar is now open in Ballston, and they have the hot soups, savory snacks, and perfectly puffed bao buns that you love in a fast-casual setting. 

Choose from a variety of bowl options, each of which is customizable with your choice of noodle, protein, and toppings. There are just as many options for the bao, with fillings like herbed meatballs, miso glazed beef, and roast duck with jus. Mi & Yu Noodle Bar also offers up their version of Korean fried chicken in wing form, with a side of goghujang sauce that’s both sweet and spicy, but still incredibly flavorful.
