You’ll never get bored of the workouts at Fuel Body Lab, because the fitness studio boasts such a wide variety of classes. They’re all distinctly engaging, but one of them captures the natural excitement of childhood, the trampoline class. You’ll spend about half the time bouncing on your own trampoline, and the other half doing strength-training exercises and stretching.
If you’re looking for a more traditional strength-focused workout, check out a Pilates mat class. All levels are welcome to come and move through the core-based exercises. The instructor will help you master each pose with the proper alignment. Barre classes, on the other hand, invite students to steady themselves using the ballet barre as they flow throw a series of low-impact moves, which still yield big results thanks to the intensity of each.
