Check out one of the Signature Circuit classes to get started. They each focus on different muscle groups, like the legs and glutes, the upper body and core, or the total body. The instructors enlist a mix of cardio and weigh lifting to help you torch calories and build strength, using tools such as kettlebells, battle ropes, and TRX suspension straps. You can also try HIIT, or high-intensity interval training. This approach to fitness aims to do the most work in the smallest amount of time. To accomplish this, you’ll move quickly between spurts of up-tempo exercise and brief rest periods.
