Ramp Up Your Workout Routine With Neighborhood Barre

Clarendon has plenty of options when it comes to fitness studios, including yoga, spinning, pilates, and barre. But devotees of Neighborhood Barre say that the fitness experience there goes above and beyond the competition – literally. 

The high ceilings in the new, brightly lit space at the Beacon Clarendon provide the backdrop for low-impact, high-intensity workouts that are specifically designed to challenge students of all levels of fitness. Classes begin as early at 6 a.m. and run until as late as 9 p.m., with offerings including beginner barre, high intensity interval training, and cardio blast. Each class runs for 55 minutes, and the instructors will work with you individually to find out how to make each workout work for you. You don’t need to bring any special equipment, as everything is provided for you (though you may want to bring a water bottle). The new client special offers unlimited classes for a month for an introductory rate of $79.
