You can also design your own rail cocktail with liquors ranging from bourbon to tequila, also just $5 each. Soak up the booze with any of the $5 happy hour bites, like the loaded baked potato tots smothered with gooey cheddar cheese, crispy bits of bacon, chopped scallions, and sour cream or the sweet potato fries dusted with cinnamon and sugar.
