Brunch at Brine

Perhaps a seafood restaurant isn’t the first place you’d think to go for brunch, but Brine well stamp out any stereotypes you have about seafood. Its weekend brunch menu is just as impressive as the dinner lineup. It showcases ceviche and Olde Salt Clams from the raw bar, oysters on the half-shell from Virginia, and an assortment of “Brunchy Items” like pancakes, shrimp and grits, and fried chicken and biscuits. Everything is locally sourced in keeping with Brine’s farm-to-table philosophy.

The same is true of the happy hour menu, which is succinct but popular. Every day from 3 to 7 p.m., Brine’s bar offers $1 oysters to enjoy with a drink in hand. If you come in on a Wednesday, you can also grab a bottle of wine for half the price, the perfect accompaniment to your oyster feast.
